cannot be changed on the day of the event.

In the event of a no-call/no-show, the full reservation amount may
be charged to the card on file.

Submission of a Party Confirmation Form, including digital
acknowledgment, constitutes agreement to all applicable party
policies.
2. Use of Facilities

Guests must follow all posted safety rules and staff instructions
at all times.

Proper attire, including socks, must be worn in play areas.

are lost, stolen, or damaged during your visit.

damages sustained while using our facilities, except as required

4. Conduct

Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in
removal from the premises without refund.
